Studio Etiquette

No smoking is allowed inside the studio. You may smoke outside of the building. Alcohol is permitted.

No pets are allowed inside the studio.

Booking

Studio bookings are by appointment only. There is a 2 hour minimum for all recording sessions. Please allow 24 hours for booking confirmation.

Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking for all services. If you are paying for a recording session via debit or credit card, the card used for payment and matching ID must be presented at the start of your recording session.

For recording sessions and lessons, the remaining balance is due at the beginning of the session. If you should require more time and we are able to accommodate extending the session, the additional time must be paid in full at the end of the session. Billable hours start at the time of the scheduled appointment. Please be mindful of this if you are running late.

For mixing and/or production services, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the final production is released to the client. Final payment is not due until a satisfactory project has been completed.

For projects that require extensive production time, such as full length albums or EPs, we will provide an estimate of project fees. Payments must be made according to the terms discussed in the estimate.

Payment for live performances is due in full on the day of the event before the start time or services are rendered.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Cash and/or Cash App.

Cancellations.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session time and rescheduled. Your deposit will be applied toward the rescheduled session. If a cancellation is not made 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session, your deposits will be forfeited. Rescheduling dates/times are subject to availability.

You will be allowed a 15 minute grace period for tardiness, the time will be added to the end of the session. Any more than 15 minutes will be counted against your session time.

Studio Equipment

Use of the studio instruments and equipment (including but not limited to microphones, effects pedals and amps) is included with recording session fees.

Clients are responsible for any loss or damage to studio equipment incurred as a result of misuse, negligence, and/or carelessness.

Any time lost due to studio equipment failure will not be included in a client’s session time.
